Real Estate Leasing Assistant

ReLISTO is looking for a Real Estate Leasing Assistant to join our team in leasing premier properties in the Bay Area. This exciting position is perfect for someone looking to kick off a career in the high-end real estate industry. You will be working directly under two seasoned agents who will introduce you to and help you learn the ins and outs of leasing in San Francisco. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starters who enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment!

Your Role:
– Showing potential tenants properties from our exclusive line of properties.
– Managing company and agent presence social media platforms
– Assist in building advertising campaigns
– Assisting agent in staying connected with clients and customers
– Writing copy and marketing materials to showcase inventory
– Assist with the drafting of real estate agreement and contracts
– Photography: shooting new listings

Experience:
Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience (administrative, customer service, real estate, or other relevant fields)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and email communication
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Real estate experience
