Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with property managers regarding project needs or obstacles.
- Ensure all repairs meet ReLISTO’s high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Must have active workers’ compensation coverage.
- Strong experience in general handyman work, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general repairs.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff.
