Move in day: vans and moving companies

Reserve a “No Parking” zone to make moving easier. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) provides temporary no parking zones in front of buildings to allow moving vans to park. Call 311, or 415.701.2311 to secure. Advance notice required. Visit the SFMTA for more information.

Moving into a San Francisco condominium? Check your lease and CC&R’s for specific building requirements or procedures. ReLISTO and owners strive to provide as much information as possible but building rules are subject to change, so ask ahead before your move in date. Fees or additional security deposits may be assessed by the building to you, as the resident, if rules are broken.
