When her tenants find their dream home and her landlords are excited about their new renters moving in, Sue Bowers has achieved her goals. Her 15 years of experience in relocation and extensive knowledge of SF’s unique neighborhoods help her create a positive rental experience for all. Sue Bowers collaborates with landlords to best show off the charms of each property and attract high-quality renters. For tenants, she strives to match them with their dream home, with a special focus on those relocating to the Bay Area. As part of her approach, Sue helps newcomers orient to the city and find the neighborhood that will best fit their needs. She thrives in helping others find their niche in the city she has called home since 2003.
Sue’s relaxed, friendly manner builds long-lasting relationships with both her tenants and landlords, who trust her to match the right tenants with the right homes. Creating a stress-free experience, attention to detail and strong knowledge of each neighborhood’s different characters are her hallmarks. She loves showing off the city’s different architectural styles and unique quirks.
An East Coast native with a background in corporate communications, public relations, and non-profit work, Sue Bowers enjoys exploring the city and taking day trips down the coast or to Wine Country. She is always on the hunt for new local restaurants or food trucks, and can often be found cheering on the Warriors, SF Giants, and Buffalo Bills with her husband and friends.
