Before real estate, Elizabeth Kim worked in biotech. With her experience in application configuration, implementation, and data conversion, she hopes to continue to improve the processes and systems used in the ever-changing rental industry.

Balancing life and work is important to Liz’s success. You can find her on the Bay paddling with the Tamalpais Outrigger Canoe Club several days a week. She also enjoys hooping it up to house music or supporting her San Francisco Giants team.

This was my first time as a landlord and I was recommended to Elizabeth Kim by a friend who had used her services several times before. So, I decided to work with her in early 2016 after talking to a few other agents. I was very impressed with her deep knowledge of the SF housing and rental market as well as her professionalism and advice on the state of the market.

Liz was very easy to work with and has a very streamlined rental process. She took very good pictures of the apartment and wrote up all the details and features very nicely. She prepared a very good marketing plan, and ran it by me before posting it. Additionally, she has always been available when needed via email, text, and phone. Liz stays in touch very regularly throughout the rental process and as a first-time landlord, she guided me through it all very seamlessly. I believe my tenants also enjoyed dealing with her and were highly complimentary of her work and professionalism.

When my first tenant was ready to leave, I asked Liz for her advice on how I should handle the process. Again, she gave me the right advice and pointed me in the right direction.

I hired Liz again for renting my unit the second time in early 2017. She was very candid with me and managed my expectations given the state of the rental market then. She was very proactive with potential renters during open houses and followed up with them very regularly. It was because of this hard work that we landed the next tenant very quickly even before the first tenant had vacated the apartment! This second tenant also enjoyed dealing with Liz and was highly complimentary of her work and professionalism.
